I'm working on rearranging the living room. I haven't told Charles I'm doing so. We'll see what he thinks of it.
I just called our Realtor to see if she has heard from the listing agent on the house we want to make an offer on. We had a few last minutes questions (like "How is it zoned?" as a biggie) that I want answered before we sink into the Money Pit.
