Because ours is officially for sale! The Realtor came by, put signs in the yard, put on a lockbox, and took our signed listing agreement with her when she left!
We also got to check out the foreclosure across the street. Our house is a pretty sweet deal compared to it!
Also, for the first time in forever, our bedroom feels HUGE again. Ditto Adia's bedroom.

have any advice on finding/buying a foreclosure? that is actually worth buying and not just as much as every other house on the market?
